How to use SuiTch ?
The SuiTch application is available on PlayStore, or by direct download by clicking on this link https://partners.suitch.tech/suitch.apk.
It’s very easy to register:
- Just click on : ” Create an account”;
- Enter your phone number and your sponsorship code if you have one ;
- Enter the 04-digit code that you will receive by SMS ;
- Create your secret 4-digit valid code ;
- Confirm your secret and valid code.
That’s it !
In the SuiTch application, two payment methods are offered to you: the QR code and the merchant code, which are displayed in each merchant point or on partner websites.
QR Code
- Scans the QR code to identify the merchant ;
- Enter the payment amount ;
- Validate using your security code.
Merchant code
- Enter the merchant code to identify the merchant ;
- Enter the payment amount ;
- Validate using your security code.
To top up your account, there are 3 methods available to you. You can do it:
1- In one of our SuiTch Access points ;
2- Directly from the application by clicking on the “Refill your account” button ;
3- From our website by clicking here
SuiTch is available on Android phones or tablets higher or equal to 4.3 version.
Downloading the SuiTch mobile application as well as payment via the application is completely free of charge.
The SuiTch application offers an interface that allows you to geolocate the Access Points where you can make deposits and withdrawals, as well as the merchants that accept SuiTch payments.

Yes, of course! A list of partner merchants for online payment is available on our website.
Some operations such as payment or transfer will not be available offline. However, you will be able to view your recent transactions on the mobile application, and even make your deposits while offline.
If you have a new phone, download the SuiTch application and click on “I have an account”. Enter the verification code received by SMS and validate.
To top up your account, there are 3 methods available to you. You can do it:
1- In one of our SuiTch Access Points ;
2- Directly from the application by clicking on the “Refill my account ;
3- From our website by clicking here
Once in SuiTch application, click on “Make a transfer”, then fill in your contact number, or scan his QR Code directly.
Then enter the transfer amount and validate the transaction using your security code.
Warning: The money transfer between users of SuiTch application is free of charge.
At a SuiTch Access Point, you will be asked to give your phone number and you will then receive a notification in which you will have to enter your security code for validating the transaction.
Once the price has been agreed with the taxi driver, scan his QR code or enter his merchant code to proceed with identification. Then enter the amount and validate the payment with your security code.
SuiTch allows you to pay in one click all the merchants you interact with on a daily basis: Motorcycles, Taxis, Restaurants, Snack bars, etc…
SuiTch allows you to consult in real time the history of all your transactions, making it easier to control your budget,

If you pay too little, you can simply make an additional payment to make up for the full amount. If you pay too much, you can ask the merchant to refund the overpayment.
Always make sure you have entered the correct amount before entering your security code to avoid any conflicts.

For the moment, you will not be able to use our application and its services if your phone is switched off.
The SuiTch mobile application is functional on all Android phones with a version greater than or equal to 4.3.
The security code is your secret code that you will have to enter to validate your transactions, while the referral code is the code that you have to share with your friends to let them know about the application. You will receive commissions for each new download you refer. Your referral code is available in the last icon on the right of the application.
Security
Yes, SuiTch can be used securely: the application requires a security code to validate any transaction. This prevents anyone with your phone from making transactions, because your security code is only known by you.
To better secure your account, complete the information on your digital business card.
In order to do so :
- Click on your profile and go to “Profile”;
- Click on : “My digital business card”.
- Click on “Modify”, fill in your personal and valid informations.
SuiTch is safe and practical. Loyalty, promotions, discounts, geolocation, so many features that you will find only on your SuiTch application.
Your information is never shared with merchants or stored anywhere on our systems. Therefore, no one will ever be able to obtain your security code from SuiTch.
No, only you can validate a payment with your security code. Merchants do not have access to your security details when you use SuiTch.
SuiTch keeps a record of all your transactions in your transaction history.
Don’t panic ! The SuiTch application itself has many levels of security. Before accessing the application, the owner of your phone will need your SuiTch security code to make payments with the application.
If you lose your phone, please contact us and we will tell you how to proceed.
Go to the Settings tab of the application and click Reset my account. You will then just have to follow the procedure.
If you enter an incorrect security code several times in a row, your SuiTch application will be locked.
